How to connect Ariglad with Zendesk

This article covers how to complete a Zendesk integration with Ariglad. You will need an active account to follow the below steps.

To start, go to Zendesk and head to Admin Center -> Apps and integrations -> APIs -> Zendesk API. Click 'Add API Token'.

Second, in your Ariglad account head to Settings -> Add integration -> Choose Zendesk -> Scroll down and click 'Configure'

‍

Input the information requested, including the Zendesk API key you obtained earlier.

‍

‍

Once you click enable you will see an optional Ariglad API token appear. Ignore that for now and simply click 'Complete'.
