Connecting to Notion with Ariglad

Ariglad connects to your Notion docs to pull in internal knowledge to recommend changes to your help desk documentation (Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.)

Setup is straightforward. Simply navigate to the Ariglad settings page and click the 'Add integration' button and select Notion from the list.

In the setup integration page, enter your Notion API key obtained from your Notion workspace and click enable.

Obtaining the API key from Notion

Notion lets you create an internal integration in their My Integrations page. At this page, create an integration for Ariglad and grant it privileges to read the knowledge base, comments, TODOs and update them.

Once that's complete, you're all set with your Notion integration!
