Admin Center -> Apps and integrations -> APIs -> Zendesk API. Click 'Add API Token'.
Now, go to Settings in your Ariglad account, click 'Add integration' and then select Zendesk to configure. Input your information and the API token that you received in Zendesk.
Once you click enable you will see the Ariglad API token appear. Copy this API key and click 'Complete'. Make sure you paste the API key somewhere as you'll need to input it into your Zendesk settings momentarily.
Now, go to your Zendesk account > Admin Center > Apps and integrations > Zendesk Support apps. Go to Private Apps and click 'Upload private app' in the top right corner. You should see the below page. The app name is Ariglad and then upload the zip file.
Input the Ariglad API key into the below form and click 'Install'.
That's it! Now you will see the Ariglad app show on your right hand side when you open a ticket, with the relevant FAQ and any suggested articles.
